The Pogie’s Academy Road Map

A growing vision for a growing school.

Pogie’s Academy was built from the ground up with one goal in mind: to provide a joyful, hands-on, nature-rich education that truly meets the needs of today’s children. Our journey began with a single kindergarten class—and we’re growing intentionally from there.

2025–2026: Kindergarten Launch

• Full-day kindergarten program

• Farm + Water Campus rotation

• Personalized, play-based curriculum

• Small class size with lead teacher and teaching assistant

• Optional August and May enrichment weeks

• Transportation between campuses provided

2026–2027: First Grade + Second Grade Expansion

• Launch of multi-grade lower elementary program (K–2)

• Build a dedicated campus on the Farm with each grade level having their own building.

• Continued commitment to blended learning philosophies

• Expansion of literacy and math curriculum

• More project-based learning and real-world skill development

• Additional staff to support growth

Future Plans:

• Add one new grade each year through at least middle school

• Develop a robust outdoor science and agriculture program

• Introduce electives like art, drama, music, and sports

• Expand our “Farm Town” and create new outdoor learning structures

• Launch enrichment camps and year-round learning options

Long-Term Vision

We envision a full Pre-K through 12th grade program, rooted in the values we started with:

• Whole-child learning

• Small class sizes

• Nature-rich, hands-on curriculum

• Deep relationships between staff, families, and students

• A school community where kids love learning and feel known

We’re growing carefully—on purpose. We want every year of Pogie’s Academy to feel just as special, grounded, and personalized as our first.
